“ Clean, friendly staff, and nice presentation. We ordered the kashk o Bademjan, Chicken Stroganoff, and Lasagna, all of which were good. Maryam was so nice, friendly, and helpful. The only issue was the loud music; we couldn’t hear each other!!! ”

“ One of my new favourite spots for breakfast/lunch. I haven’t had dinner here yet but I assume it’ll be just as good. The quality and presentation of food is great. Food is fresh and delicious and their portions are great too. Service is great too, everyone working there is really friendly and it’s a nice, calm atmosphere. I just wish they had outer seating, but other than that, love this place! ”

“ We checked out Imperial Café & Lounge and had a pretty good time overall. The place has a beautiful interior — gold accents, marble tables, and a stylish vibe — but one thing to point is that it’s on the smaller side and can get a bit noisy when it’s busy, which it often is. And its not really for a quiet and relaxing kind of outing. We tried the Bowl Majoon and Paloodeh, and both were great. The Bowl Majoon was thick, nutty, and really flavorful, while the paloodeh was light, icy, and super refreshing — a perfect mix. By far it was the best Majoon bowl I have ever had in Toronto. Paloodeh (Persian-style frozen dessert) was refreshing, with just the right balance of sweetness and texture — perfect for a warm day or just as a cool treat. One thing to note: parking is tough. It’s all street parking, and it can take a few loops around the block to find a spot, especially in the evening. Staff were friendly, and the service was good. It’s a nice place to catch up with friends or grab a unique treat — just be ready for a bit of a crowd and the parking hassle. Overal, although hard to find parking and the very loud noisy setting, the service and food was amazing and its recommended. ”

“ I was searching for brunch, this is the spot I picked among several cafe lounge in the area. It was quite a memorable day!!! I was new to the area at the time so I was just trying to I absorb everything. Imperial Cafe & Lounge stood out as the most unique from the outside looking in. Located in a very busy part of Yonge St, it was hard to find a place to park. Upon my arrival, staffs are nice but reserved. They looked at me with questioning eyes when I asked for details of some dishes. Food served beautifully! At this point, I gave them all the credits for presenting the food beyond my expectations. And the taste…it’s divine; I think the secret is in the ingredients. I stayed for coffee. I forgot the name but i think there are gold specks coffee. Because I asked the lady before ordering, she suggested it was good. During my stay, there were a birthday party hosted in the cafe. It was sort of fun & chill. Secondly a guy came in and started giving small cake or brownies for customers to try. I guess he’s one of the suppliers. I found it too endearing The owner seems to pay a lot of attention to the small details in decorations and design (cute & fancy looking plates & cutlery etc) I love how cozy this cafe is, but still high end looking. I just wish they are not uptight to people with different background & ethnicity. Because I could see staff were chatty with people in their group. This is an ideal place to work or study individually or in group. Or hanging out with friends. ”

“ Four of us went there for breakfast in morning and it was a perfect place for it. Their Spinach omelette and coffee were PERFECT. It set the mood right for our day trip. All of us agreed on that. The food, the staff, presentation, price for food and atmosphere was all 10/10. Their bread that came with omelette was so fresh and perfect. Never had a bread like it. Maria served us and she is awesome, with a beautiful and welcoming smile. No real complaints, just wish it was closer to our home ”
